Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Solutions Consultant – Banking & Payments to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in banking operations, payment systems, and financial technology implementations. You will work closely with customers, engineering, product, and delivery teams to implement the QwikLive.IO platform and help financial institutions modernize their technology through APIs, automation, and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of the QwikLive.IO platform for banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
  • Design and configure banking workflows, integrations, APIs, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and implementation documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 5–10+ years of experience implementing banking, payments, or financial technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, and payment ecosystems.
  • Experience working with U.S. banks, credit unions, fintechs, or payment processors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), API Gateways, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Core Banking Systems and Digital Banking Platforms.
  • Knowledge of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022.
  • Experience with card processing, ATM/ITM integrations, payment switching, settlement, reconciliation, fraud, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with Open Banking APIs and Treasury & Commercial Banking.
  • Experience with banking platforms such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, Finastra, FIS, NCR, or ACI Worldwide is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
